About the Job: Hey there Cvent's Global Demand Center (GDC) team is on the lookout for a fresh and skilled marketer to join them as an ATL. Pretty cool, right?

As the Marketing Operations ATL, you'll have a key role in driving projects that help in transforming marketing by turning long-term ideas and vision into doable initiatives. Working closely with Marketing leaders, you'll establish systems and processes that align marketing strategies with organizational needs, all while keeping everyone updated on progress towards goals.

You'll be pivotal in developing and refining execution processes for end-to-end marketing campaigns, focusing on scalability and efficiency. Your tasks will involve managing and customizing the project management tool used by the marketing team, like Wrike or Trello, to suit their requirements and workflows. Collaborating with various teams, including marketing, sales, and creatives, will be crucial to ensure the tool supports effective campaign execution and daily tasks.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and refine execution processes for marketing campaigns with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Manage the project management tool used by the marketing team (Wrike/Trello) for campaigns.
  • Customize the tool to match the team's needs and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the tool for efficient campaign execution.
  • Enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency through scalable capabilities and workflows.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline campaign execution and boost productivity.
  • Stay updated on tool features, updates, and best practices, suggesting enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Identify integration opportunities with other tools or systems to streamline workflows.
  • Keep up with industry trends and emerging tech in marketing operations and project management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and project management best practices in the team.
  • Provide guidance to team members on leveraging the project management tool effectively.

What You Need:

  • Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Understanding of end-to-end marketing campaign management and process optimization.
  • Experience in enhancing marketing capabilities and execution.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike and Trello.
  • Skills in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel expertise.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with global teams.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology platforms (e.g., automation, CRM) is a bonus.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Technical skills to configure and troubleshoot project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality work.
