Field Sales Business Development Executive (IT Company)

Position:
Field Sales Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and sectors where our services can add value.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking progress and updating CRM systems accordingly.
  • Schedule and conduct facetoface meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients to showcase our offerings and capabilities.
  • Understand clients' business challenges, objectives, and requirements, and propose tailored solutions to address their needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to develop customized proposals and deliver highquality solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services postsale.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problemsolving.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory to meet clients, attend meetings, and industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay:
₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
