Job ResponsibilitiesContribute to the firm's technology strategy and roadmap.
Oversee the design, implementation, and support of technology solutions in collaboration with the US leadership team.

Manage and lead a team of technology professionals, providing guidance and support for the service lines within the technology pillar.

Manage team performance metrics.
Collaborate with US technology partners to proactively identify opportunities to implement projects in India.

Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology especially in the ERP, CRM & Cloud Services space to drive innovation.

Manage technology budget for India and contribute to revenue/profitability growth.
Lead implementation & support projects for MS Dynamics365, NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and Cloud Services.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the technology team.
Engage with clients to keep them informed about the status of their projects & deliverables. Maintain a proactive and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Work towards continual talent development.
Manage IT Operations/Support for India team.

Requirements for Successful Candidate20+ years of experience in technology.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
A degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex technology projects.
Organizational skills to manage a big team and strategic client engagements especially in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Possesses a combination of problem-solving, decision-making, and innovation skills.
