1. Key Responsibilities

a. Drive consistency in job levels across enterprise, including defining criteria for job levels

b. Define common job archetypes and role characteristics

c. Work closely with the Job Councils periodically to introduce/ modify jobs in the catalogue based on market research and customer needs

d. Run the business as usual job architecture processes with focus on continuous process improvement

e. Lead Org. design and job leveling requirements for all Director + roles in organization

f. Create and maintain corporate blue-print especially D+ including SVP -VP blueprint (as applicable)

g. Review / Align / map M&A roles with CTSH roles using Job Evaluation Methodology; Lead conversations with the Business leaders and M&A teams for job leveling outcomes during critical and time sensitive negotiation periods

h. Review and Align acquired entity roles to CTSH Job Architecture framework.

i. Design & Develop Org Health Metric grids and maintain job inventory of Red / Green circle of jobs

j. Drive alignment of job frameworks align across recruiting, compensation, performance and pricing ?

k. Align role-based promotion processes with job level criteria

l. Drive alignment on Exec Talent Dev/Succession, promotion decisions, career pathing and development options with Talent Management teams

m. Design & Develop Org Health Metric grids and maintain job inventory of Red / Green circle of jobs

n. Demonstrate and champion expected leadership behaviors

o. Responsible for upskilling and managing succession for team personnel

p. Train direct reports and share regular feedback for performance enhancement

2. Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience

· Domain/Industry (Mandatory): IT Industry. Software Services, Consulting

· Technology Skills (Mandatory): Minimum 3 years of hands on / working knowledge of Workday Job Architecture set ups is required. Familiarity with job architecture processes, including managing standards across regions and business lines

· Years of Experience (Mandatory): 10+ years human resources experience; with minimum 3 years in leadership roles

· Influences: Areas of process improvement for job catalogue to other key HR processes (interim and within Workday- e.g Performance management including competences; recruiting; skills design

3. Preferred Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience


• Talent architecture specific knowledge: Deep understanding of job titling and leveling processes, including process for driving consistency in job architecture across enterprises


• Management skills: Manage relationships with industry groups, trade associations, key stakeholders (internal and external)


• Integrity: High level of integrity and strict adherence to employment regulations


• Industry and business knowledge: Deep understanding of business including global organization, service lines and strategies


• Leadership capabilities: Ability to lead large multinational organization


• Change Management :Ability to lead and implement enterprise wide large transformational programs
