Job Description

M&A Strategy and Execution:
Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
Prepare necessary documentation, including Information Memorandums (IMs), presentations, and financial models for potential acquisitions.
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
Develop comparative analysis reports to assess the strategic fit, synergies, and financial impact of potential acquisitions.
Assist in the development of business plans, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Executive Support and Communication:
Prepare presentations for executive committee meetings, investor presentations, and board meetings.
Interact with investors and board members on behalf of the Group CEO, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Manage a team of 2-3 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support in their professional development.
Coordinate meetings and initiatives with group companies to foster collaboration and alignment with corporate goals.

The Successful Applicant

5-6 years of front-end IB/corporate development experience at least with total experience of 7+ years Demonstrated track record of successfully executing M&A transactions end-to-end Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
