As an Account Manager (Social), you'll be responsible for executing and planning the best practices in Social Media and for digital content across multiple accounts, including new business opportunities.

In This Role You Will Be

Managing, planning and posting on the social media channels for brands in MM Online response management to moderate the community on social media and interact with them in a timely manner Reporting the performance of the various platforms on a monthly basis and monitoring the KPIs for different campaigns and having valuable learning, insights and opportunities for the same. Monitoring, collating and analyzing competitor performance Identifying trending and topical content that can be used for the brand to increase engagement. Requirements

You have should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital environments in similar roles In-depth knowledge of the Social Media environment, formats, and trends. Good Communication Skills Excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills and high levels of accuracy Flair for writing and have fun doing it
