As an assistant manager you will be workingclosely with the client in order to execute their designengineering projects and will also assist the management inBusiness Development activities primarily for South Asia region

Your responsibilities will be asfollows:
Responsible for businessdevelopment strategy covering marketing and sales for variousservice offerings.
Lead strategy and executionfor sales account management and relationship management.
Execute call and email campaigns to generatenew sales prospects and manage the pipeline along with marketingteam.
Plan and strategize for participation inexhibitions seminars and various other events to generate relevantleads.
Build a strong pipeline ofopportunities in the CRM and provide update on a weekly basis.
Complete accurate tracking of communicationwith current and potential customers in CRM.Meet or exceed quarterly business developmentobjectives.

Identifying market opportunitiesthrough meetings networking and other channelsMeeting existing and potential clients andbuilding positive relationshipsLiaising withcolleagues to develop sales and marketing strategiesWork cross functionally with marketing andengineering teams to drive incremental revenue.

Maintain up to date knowledge aboutcompetitive positioning in the marketplace.

Responsible for outbound sales and renewalsConduct market research prospect for targetcompanies and contacts and lead generationStrong Management skills equipped withcapability to multitask and handle various leads at the same time.

Work with management for overall salesstrategy in your region as you play a key role by heading the salesstrategy.
Coordinate with technical team toensure project execution and for necessary inputs whereverrequired.
Protects organizations value bykeeping information confidential.
Preparingpresentations lead client meetings & have good IT skills.

Producing periodic reports for managementTraining business developers and salescolleaguesParticipating with Management inBusiness development activitiesWilling totravel to domestic or international locations on short notice.

Any other associated task or responsibilitiesassigned from time to time by the organization.

JobRequirements:
You area graduate in engineering field with minimum work experience of 10years.

You have worked in Business Developmentfor minimum 5 years (marine Industry exposure is a must)You have working experience with CRM and othermarketing tools.

You must have excellenttelephone verbal and written communication skillsYou take initiative and have gooddecisionmaking skillsYou should have strategicand analytical thinking skillsYou would liketo continue to develop your technical & intrapersonal knowledgeand use it to retain & create satisfiedcustomers.

You are ready to serve minimumservice commitment of 2.5 years in ourcompany.
