Experience

1. 2-3 years sales experience in civil engineering sector, preferably in highway sector.

  • Experience in Cold calling, identifying key stakeholders, setting an appointment, meeting stakeholders, opportunity qualification, and handling sales process with minimum supervision.
  • Basic understanding about pavement and its survey technologies such as NSV, FWD, Retro refloctometer etc.
  • Sales experience with NHAI, MoRTH, and highway consultants will be preferred.
Education

  • 1. BE/B Tech Civil
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering
Deliverables

  • 1. Keep a tab on target accounts, and industry.
  • Maintain 10x funnel, with against the quarterly numbers.
  • Maintane prospect information, including but not limited to all stakeholders within account, their role in decision making, timeline and driving factor for purchase, funds availability etc.
  • Plan and meet prospects. Involve pan India extensive travel. Coordinate and align demonstration/ management meeting whenever required.
  • Handle sales process, billing, payment collection with minimum supervision.
  • Account management and oversee order execution, intervine whenever required.
