Job Description:

Position Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of Adfactors Digital's business in Delhi. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital marketing and sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve corporate goals.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify and collaborate with potential partners to expand service offerings and market reach.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and client feedback.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
