Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison with staff across all levels, employee well-being, projectupdates, proposals, and planning.
  • Oversee daily operations in collaboration with department staff, andperform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generatingcorrespondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planningand coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.
  • Assist in Director's corporate tasks and projects which include recordkeeping, liaison, coordination, scheduling, monitoring projects, researchand analysis.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing actionplans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination ofcommunications.
  • Organise and manage Chairman's calendar and appointments. Arrangeand coordination with internal and external business meetings and socialevents.
  • Assist in all ad-hoc assignments.
  • Be prepared for field work, overtime and flexible working hours as andwhen requiredRequired skills and qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a executive assistant/Personal Secretary/Administrative Assistant role.
  • Good in Calendar Management, Meeting Scheduling, MIS management,Report Generation.
  • Travel planning and documentation for the CEO and other Senior leaders.
  • Can write Minutes of meeting and able to followup on with otherdepartments or vendors.
  • Experience in organising and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Diligently able to follow upon small detailing in all areas of work andresponsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Any Bachelor's degree from a reputed University.
  • Min. 2-3 yrs experience.
  • Flexible with time, Extended working hours. 6 days working. Includes Travel.
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management
  • Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
  • Fit and proper handling of confidential information is a must.
  • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmentalcommunications
  • Proficient on Microsoft office like word, excel, power point presentation,and outlook calendars.
  • Team management.
  • Good planning, strong interpersonal and communication skills within thedepartment.
  • Ability to work and be highly organised under pressure, able to prioritiseand handle multiple tasks.
