Job Summary:

b>Job Summary:
/b> Command Centre Executive will be responsible tob> /b>Execute continuous operational use of CCTV and Access Control System (ACS) within the respective Command Center.

Essential Functions:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Periodic review of functions/system updates of CCTV and its working condition as per policies.
  • Periodic review and maintenance of it in cohesion with Fire Alarm System (FAS) and Public Address System (PAS), to check functionality in case of emergency.
  • Provide/revoke Access Cards as per the profile designated by respective Manager/Group Manager/BU head, after confirmation/approval from Security Manager/Regional Security Manager.
  • Maintain all such reports for Audit purposes. if any incident is possibly going to affect operations
  • Communicate with Vendor to undertake timely preventive maintenance of equipment and systems to avoid any downtime/lapse in system, thus enabling seamless operation.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Competencies:

  • Handling inbound/outbound mail.
  • Adept in working over MS Excel.
  • Fluent in local vernacular and English.

  • Regular computer usage.
  • Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or customers.

  • Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
