AssetZilla is seeking talented freshers to join our team and make a real impact.

As an sales executive you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced leaders to enhance your skills and gain valuable experience in the real estate industry.

Eligibility Criteria:3 months internship then a Full Time job basis performanceFreshers are eligible or professional with 0-1 years experience in real-estate are eligible

Stipend Structure(First 3 months): Fixed Stipend(6-8k for freshers) + Incentive for every sale(10% of company revenue) + Travelling Reimbursement

Responsibilities:
Connecting with the clients to understand their requirements and providing consultation.
Work to coordinate with prospective buyers and sellers to facilitate site visits.
Conduct site visits for the clients on various properties.
Managing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient visits.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Conducting business research to identify market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:
MBA PreferredStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyKnowledge of the local real estate market is a plusEager to take initiatives and lead a team after 3 months
