Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operation of water plant.
  • Following the water system sanitization, cleaning, and sampling as per approved schedules.
  • Maintaining records, logbooks, and documentations as per SOPs.
  • Coordinating with the calibration team to ensure all instruments in the area are calibrated.
  • Updating all drawings and technical specifications of equipment and systems in the area.
  • Adhering to Good Engineering Practices (G.E.P).
  • Ensuring continuous compliance with cGMP implementation in the designated area.
  • Meeting SHE targets for the assigned area.
  • Preparing and monitoring water analysis trends.
  • Ensuring regulatory, statutory, and legal compliance on a daily basis and adhering to Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
  • Ensuring all equipment and related systems are (re)qualified/(re)validated as per schedule.
  • Troubleshooting with the aim of finding permanent solutions.
  • Ensuring the facility aligns with site objectives at all times.
Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's in Engineering / Diploma (Mechanical Engineering or Any other Discipline)

Minimum Work Experience: 5 to 10 years

Skills & Attributes

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of RO Plants, Purified water, and potable water systems operation and troubleshooting.
  • Executing preventive maintenance.
  • Experience in handling audits, inspections, event investigations, and CAPA.
Behavioral Skills
  • Team management and leadership skills for leading the engineering team.
  • Commitment to compliance and quality.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with vendors, cross-functional teams, and coordination with regulatory and internal audit teams.Additional Information
