Bidmath seeks a dynamic and motivated Media Activation Specialist ( Retail Media), INSEA & MENA to join our Global Retail Media Hub team in Hyderabad.

This mid-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about building a retail media strategist career in ad tech-driven marketing.

Job Description:


As a Retail Media Specialist at Bidmath, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' e-commerce campaigns across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Flipkart Walmart, etc.

You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to maximize the visibility, engagement, and sales of our clients' products.

Your expertise in retail media will help drive performance improvements and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
Develop, execute, and optimize retail media campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Flipkart, Tiki, etc.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance retail media metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective retail media strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and promotional content.

Keyword Research and Optimization:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords for product listings and ad campaigns.
Optimize product listings and ads to improve search rankings and relevance.

Bid Management:
Manage and adjust bids to maximize campaign performance and achieve target KPIs.
Utilize automated bidding tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and competitive analysis to continuously improve campaign performance.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
Provide regular updates and performance reviews to clients, addressing any concerns or questions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing retail media campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using retail media tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
