The Role:

  • Drive adoption of our product at Higher Ed institutions, universities, and colleges in India.
  • Must be a goal-oriented achiever, adept at remote work, and eager to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sales cycle efficiently, from prospecting to closure, while surpassing sales targets.
  • Create and implement a sales plan for your designated territory.
  • Promote the product online and offline to researchers, faculty, and librarians.
  • Proactively engage with clients and users via various channels.
  • Utilize data analysis to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and contribute to team initiatives.
  • Participate in tradeshows and other marketing events.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech or Academic Publishing.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills both in-person and online.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, and other relevant platforms.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients and product users.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and open to acquiring new skills.
  • Resilient, with a drive to excel and overcome challenges.
