We are looking for a new talented EHS Responsible to join our DRÄXLMAIER Family.
Mission:
- Advise managers ,supervisors and associates on legal obligations with regard to environmental, Health and safety protection
- Monitor and insure the implementation of all precedures related to EHS system
- Conduct risk assessments related to jobs performed by employees and suggests risk mitigation strategies through the Job Safety Analysis process;
- Assist in the establishment and update of the medical emergency plan
- Prepare medical statistics/ reports (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) and create occupational health reports (e.g. accident reports, treatment protocols for patient records, etc.)
- Monitor facilities and measures to avoid environmental damages
- Control industrial premises with regard to environmental deficits and prepare relevant reports
- Identify deficits as well as suggest and implement countermeasures
- Plan and coodinate trainings for associates with regard to all EHS relevant topics
- Identify trends and legal amendments in the field of environmental protection as well as suggest measures
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master ́s degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and the legal requiremenets of the EHS field.
- Excellent communication in english is mandatory
