As aGrowth Marketing Expert/Manager you will spearhead the developmentand executionof

marketing strategiesdesigned to expand our market presence and drive business growth.You

will work closelywith crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities implementcampaigns and

measuretheir effectiveness. This role requires a datadriven mindsetcreativity and adeep

understanding ofthe pharmaceuticalindustry.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.Strategic Planning andExecution:

Develop andexecute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align withbusiness

objectives.

Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drivebusiness expansion.

2.Campaign Management:

Plan implement and optimize multichannel marketing campaignsincluding digitalsocial

media contentmarketing email andevents.

Monitor andanalyze campaign performance to ensure optimal results andROI.

3. Data Analysisand Reporting:

Utilizedata analytics to track and report on marketing metrics campaignperformance and

customerinsights.

Leverage datato make informed decisions and adjustments to marketingstrategies.

4.Collaboration andCoordination:

Workclosely with sales product development and other internal teams toensurecohesive

marketingefforts.

Coordinatewith external agencies and vendors to enhance marketinginitiatives.

5. BrandManagement:

Enhance and protect the companys brand image through consistent andimpactfulmarketing

efforts.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a unified brandpresence.

6. Innovationand Trends:

Stayabreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practicesin marketing.

Experiment with new marketing approaches and technologies to driveinnovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a relatedfield. A Master s

degreeis a plus.

A minimum of4 years of experience in growth marketing preferably within thepharmaceutical

orhealthcare industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successfulmarketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data andmake datadrivendecisions.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.

Proficiency inmarketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics CRM softwaremarketing

automationtools).

Creativethinking and problemsolvingskills.

Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
