Job Description & Expectations:

  • Profile Diagnostic Report Explanation (Current SEO Analytic Report): The candidate's responsibility will be to clarify the Profile Diagnostic report to customers and address their inquiries.
  • Onboarding Expert: The candidate will be tasked with explaining subscription charges and assisting in customer onboarding processes.
  • Analysis: The candidate will conduct category analysis and identify crucial success factors.
  • Product Knowledge: The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the product and conduct demonstrations for customers.

Key Skills:

  • The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience.
  • The candidate should have proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, or Tamil.
  • Fundamental grasp of Digital Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the healthcare business is necessary.
  • Strong presentation skills are a prerequisite.
  • The candidate must exhibit analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel/PPT is essential.
