Was Sie übernehmen:
Sie kümmern sich im "Application Team" um die bestehende Applications-Landschaft

Sie sorgen dafür, das diese stetig performanter, weiter entwickelt, optimiert und mit Features angereichert wird

80% Ihrer täglichen Aufgaben liegen im Bereich Planung, Administration und Orchestrierung von Applikationen und 20% darin selber in JAVA, .NET oder SQL auch programmierseitig Änderungen vorzunehmen (und/oder mit Partnern zu steuern)

Entwicklung und Pflege der Anwendungsarchitektur, Integration von Anwendungen in bestehende Systeme

Design, Entwickeln, Testen und Implementieren von Anwendungs-Upgrades und Erweiterungen

Pflege von Sicherungskopien von Anwendungs- und Datenbankdateien sowie Behebung von Engpässen

Erstellen und Pflegen von Dokumentationen

Installieren, Konfigurieren, Überwachen und Warten von Anwendungen

Verantwortlich für die gesamte Verwaltung, Wartung, Aktualisierung und Verbesserung von Jira Service Management

Beaufsichtigung von Upgrades für Server, Hardware und Software

Analysieren und Lösen von Supportanfragen sowohl telefonisch wie auch schriftlich
(dabei dokumentieren und verfolgen Sie die gemeldeten Fälle in unserem Ticketsystem, um eine schnelle und effektive Lösung sicherzustellen)

Was Sie mitbringen:
Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Informatik

Erfahrung als Application Manager im Dienstleistungssektor, optimalerweise mit verschiedenen Applikationen

Lifecycle Management Erfahrungen mit Applikationen

Erfahrungen im "Orchestrieren" von Applikationen mit internen und externen Partner

Erfahrungen mit Programmieren in den Sprachen JAVA; .NET, SQL (mittleres Niveau)

Erfahrungen mit Python oder PowerShell ein PLUS

Anwender-Kenntnisse des ITIL-Frameworks mit (Fokus Service Transition und Operation)

Sie lieben eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hohe Freiheitsgraden
