Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Chemical products (CP) category including Base oil, Additives, and Finished lubes
  • Drive value, efficiency, and market advantage while ensuring operational integrity
  • Establish strategic priorities for the category, evaluate suppliers, and manage Supplier Relationship
  • Develop cost-effective strategies for negotiation, procurement planning, and contract management
  • Optimize supplier base, drive spend through preferred vendors, and bring industry expertise to support business transformation
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders for successful project startup and management

  • Corporate functions (Law, Tax, Controllers, Treasurers, etc.)

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree (Chemical preferred) or equivalent with minimum 6.5 CGPA
  • MBA in marketing / Material management / Supply chain is a plus
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Procurement roles within Lubricants/ Petrochemicals Industry
  • Expertise in procurement processes and Total System Cost principles
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of PtP (procure to pay) process and ERP systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, global environment
  • Fast learner, results-oriented, and customer-focused
