Global Operations - Reimagine the Future

What you'll do:

Exciting Responsibilities Await You

Contracts & Risk Management

  • Take charge of end-to-end contracts management, including reviews, drafting, and negotiations with Logistics & Spares Suppliers globally.
  • Lead contract negotiations to resolve disputes using financial, operational, and legal expertise. Offer insights to Logistics Sourcing & Spares for informed procurement decisions, based on legal and contract knowledge.
  • Identify and address critical contract issues, assess market regulations, and provide guidance for resolutions. Proactively signal delays and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure Supplier Performance, Risk Mitigation, and Contract Compliance through obligations assessment and management.
Transformation & Automation
  • Drive the evolution of Logistics Contracts Management into a best-in-class Centre of Excellence. Support the adoption of Contract Life Cycle Management tools, establish efficient processes, and identify areas for enhancement.
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools.
  • Experience with a CLM Tool.
Other Asks
  • Understanding of key business and contractual risks in the logistics sector and industry practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences, with expertise in English drafting.
  • Promote teamwork and facilitate effective communication within the team.
What you need to bring:
Education & Experience Required:
  • LL.B from a reputable university. LL.M preferred.
  • 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in an In-House Legal or Contracts Team, supporting global customer/supplier contracts.
  • Experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Logistics contracts. Proven expertise in contracts support for multi-business unit deals.
