ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface with leads via inbound and outbound calls with various source (inhouse / Microsite) Converting leads into
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound cold calls and
- Responsible for student admission and achieve their targets
- Understand student needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program
- Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.
- Should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the
- Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions
parents of student applicants.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS
- Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through
- Ability to handle end to end admission cycle
- Vendor management
- Strong inclination to work in a target driven sales environment.
- Proven expertise in converting leads into a sale
- Experience working with CRM
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Minimum UG degree
- 6 months to 1+ years of relevant experience
