Partner Relations Specialist + Hirgin now industry

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing reseller accounts.
  2. Work closely with resellers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  3. Create customized plans and strategies to help resellers maximize their sales and profitability.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact between Leapswitch Networks and reseller accounts.
  5. Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company, including Sales, Technical Support, and Product Management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Proactively identify account risks and develop contingency plans to resolve issues.
  8. Upsell and cross-sell Leapswitch Networks' products and services to resellers.
  9. Monitor sales performance metrics and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
  10. Conduct regular business reviews and planning sessions with reseller accounts.
  11. Identify and prospect potential new reseller partners in line with company objectives.
  12. Develop and implement strategies for onboarding new partners.
  13. Work closely with the sales team to transition new accounts smoothly into managed relationships.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in Account Management, preferably in the IT or Cloud Services industry.
  3. Strong understanding of Dedicated Servers and Cloud VPS technologies.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business.
  7. Proficient in Hubspot or similar CRM software and Google Docs / Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  9. Should Demonstrate the ability to acquire new business and onboard new accounts effectively.
