Role:

MIS Sales Coordinator**
Location: Gurgaon**
Responsibilities:Key responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to sales officers (SO), customers and territory sales in charge (TSI) to track sales orders
  • Coordinate with the sales team to collect and update relevant information regarding sales orders, customer inquiries, and product availability and maintain records of sales transactions, including orders, invoices, and payments
  • Facilitate sales communication and coordination with the team to ensure timely collection of required data
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
  • Establish a review mechanism based on daily, weekly, and fortnightly requirements of the sales leaders.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems to support commercial operations.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into commercial performance. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the MIS.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • 1 3 Years of experience working with MIS in a commercial or business intelligence role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
