Job Title: Commercial Strategy Lead, Point of Care Diagnostics Job Description: Siemens Healthineers is in search of a proactive and strategic-minded Commercial Strategy Lead to drive our initiatives in the realm of 'Point of Care Diagnostics'. The successful candidate will play a key role in formulating and executing pre-sales strategies, devising innovative digital campaigns to elevate brand visibility and drive lead generation, overseeing e-commerce platforms to optimize sales potential, and taking the helm in organizing impactful events and on-the-ground activations. Additionally, the Commercial Strategy Lead will focus on fortifying and streamlining the sales funnel through the management of an internal platform tailored for end-to-end funnel optimization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with business goals and objectives to accelerate beyond current growth; to help broaden capital placements, increase reagent revenue, and protect against competition. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of commercial strategies and initiatives, and regularly monitor and report on performance against targets. Prepare and manage regular business report outs. Go-to-Market Strategy: Build capabilities to generate customer insights and needs, market opportunity and portfolio pipeline. Build and execute go-to-market plans across product portfolio through commercial - pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional tactics. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide strategic guidance, training, and tools to support their efforts in driving revenue growth. Drive funnel sufficiency & quality, help expedite strategic deals. Develop sales team capabilities across - customer insights, capital equipment & market modeling Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and other industry partners. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including marketing, product development, regulatory affairs, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of commercial strategies with overall business objectives. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize commercial processes and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration - Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred. Proven experience in commercial strategy development and execution within the healthcare or medtech industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare industry trends is a plus. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
