We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Executive with at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
The perfect candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a solid background in lead generation and nurturing, and the ability to manage initial client interactions effectively.
Additionally, the candidate should excel in crafting client communication emails and be able to offer guidance and support to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and assess leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Build and sustain relationships with potential clients to nurture leads throughout the sales process.
- Carry out initial client calls to comprehend their needs, showcase our products/services, and pinpoint collaboration opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and run email campaigns aimed at potential clients.
- Craft compelling and impactful email communications for client outreach, follow-ups, and campaign efforts.
- Offer guidance and support to junior business development team members, aiding them in lead generation strategies and client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to detect new business prospects and potential challenges.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales roles, specifically in the IT sector.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client relationship management, and meeting sales goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in email drafting and campaign management tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with a willingness to mentor and lead junior team members.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and business requirements.
