Role


The role of Tech Lead Computer Vision Engineer plays a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the development of cutting-edge computer vision projects.

One of the key roles involves designing sophisticated computer vision algorithms, ensuring they meet high standards of accuracy and efficiency followed by research and development, Quality Assurance, Team Leadership, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Enabling generative AI solutions, and partnering with business groups and corporate functions to advance AIfocused roadmaps.
  • Designing and developing AI models and algorithms using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
  • Preprocessing and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for training AI models.
  • Implementing and finetuning machine learning models using popular frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikitlearn.
  • Optimizing and finetuning AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions.
  • Collaborating with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems and develop AIpowered applications.
  • Conducting thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure their reliability and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of deployed AI models, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
  • Staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and propose their adoption in projects.
  • Documenting and communicating technical solutions, processes, and results effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Competencies

  • 57 Years of proven work experience in building Computer Vision based products. Proven experience as an AI Developer or similar role, with a strong background in developing AI models and applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries. Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, as well as their practical applications. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and scaling AI solutions. Knowledge of software development principles and practices, including version control and collaborative coding. Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative AI solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Detailoriented and committed to delivering highquality results within project timelines. Must have experience in Deep Learning algorithms, object detection and tracking, pose estimation. Experience with building real time AI application in detection and tracking and in pose estimation
