As we continue to expand our presence and influence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Lead to join our team and drive forward our content creation and influencer marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Oversight: Act as the primary liaison for the video editing team, ensuring produced videos align with brand standards and objectives.
  • Feedback Management: Provide comprehensive feedback on work generated by video editors and influencers, optimizing content relevance and effectiveness.
  • Leadership in

Influencer Marketing:
Lead the influencer marketing team, approving scripts and orchestrating impactful influencer campaigns.

  • Strategic Leadership: Direct both the video editing and influencer marketing departments, providing strategic direction to achieve organizational goals.
  • Content Strategy Development: Spearhead comprehensive content strategies, leveraging market insights to drive engagement and brand growth.

Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and social media teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with business objectives.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to innovate content strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and metrics, leveraging datadriven insights to evaluate content initiatives and optimize performance.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities to empower team members.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in content creation, video editing, and influencer marketing within D2C brands.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and surpass expectations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in CMS, analytics tools, and project management software.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability in fastpaced environments.
  • Creative flair and a passion for storytelling with meticulous attention to detail.
