At Pepper, you will:

  • Handling daily end-to-end recruitment
  • Calling up prospective candidates for job pitch
  • Handling all the aspects of recruitment from sourcing the candidates till the candidate joins the organization
  • Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods including internet job boards, , ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
  • Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews
  • Following and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetings
  • Conduct and participate in organizing employee engagement events for new and existing employees

The ideal candidate must :

  • 0-1 year of experience
  • Have a willingness to be flexible: Works beyond what is described in the job description.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines
  • Be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
  • Have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
