Product Sales Specialist

We are seeking solution selling expert offering in Contact Center (CcaaS) product & spear head the GTM program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process by generating and qualifying leads, providing product information, This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a good understanding of our Airtel IQ CCaaS offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation.
Product Information: Provide detailed presentation on Airtel IQ capabilities ,products and services to potential customers, addressing any initial questions or concerns they may have.
Funnel Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions on the funnel.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales ,finance & Delivery teams to ensure right solution is delivered to customers and ensure first time right.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products & Competition product offering and give inputs to product team on new product developments.
Experience :
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales, lead qualification , in a contact center sales environment.
Should have prior experience to OEM like Genesys , Ayaya etc...
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical products and services.
Proficiency in CRM software and Dialer
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
Willing to travel to meet the customers .
Strong analytical skills to assess and qualify leads.
Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection and challenges.
A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
