Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Growth Manager to spearhead our market expansion efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.


You will work closely with our technical teams to develop compelling solutions that address the unique challenges faced by our clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic business development plans to identify and pursue new opportunities in the data engineering, data analytics, and AI/ML marketConduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and assess competitor offeringsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing initiativesCollaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions that align with client requirements and demonstrate the value of our offeringsPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clientsNegotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectationsFoster long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for account expansion and cross-sellingMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and thought leadership content to drive brand awareness and generate leadsProvide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the data, analytics, or AI/ML industryStrong understanding of data engineering, data analytics, and AI/ML concepts and their business applicationsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunitiesProven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makersExperience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategiesStrong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsProficient in using CRM tools and other sales enablement technologiesWillingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
