Main purpose of position
Currently we are looking for a

Company Secretary in Delhi, India to be part of our global team working together towards our vision
-
Improving our future. The Company Secretary at Scatec will independently handle all company secretarial functions of Scatec India Renewables One Private Limited.

Main responsibilities

  • Handles the promotion, formation and incorporation of companies and matters related therewith.
  • Handling of all ROC compliances under the Companies Act 201
  • Maintenance of statutory registers, records, etc.
  • Drafting of agenda, notices, minutes for the board, general meetings, and organizing the said meetings.
  • Preparing annual reports and returns of the organization.
  • Vetting of legal documents, agreements, and contracts of the organization.
  • E filing of various forms.
  • Support in compliances of various Establishment Act.
  • Training Directors on corporate governance principles
  • Compliance with requirements of Reserve Bank of India.
  • Compliances and liaising with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, the Reserve Bank of India, Securities and Exchange Board of India, and other statutory authorities.
  • Work with different stakeholders within and outside the business to identify and execute key opportunities for the business to meet regulatory compliance goals.
  • Manages the Secretarial/Compliance Audit
  • Signing of Annual Return where necessary and responsible for other declarations, attestations and certifications under the Companies Act, 2013

Qualifications and competencies

  • Qualified graduate and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
  • Minimum 1 3 years' experience.
  • IT knowledge familiarity with
    Microsoft Word:
  • Good communication and excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
  • Solutionoriented
  • Good in English, both written and spoken
  • Selfreliant and efficient
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
