CIVICA India is looking for a Senior Penetration Tester

CIVICA India is in search of a Senior Penetration Tester to join a recently established security testing team dedicated to providing various penetration testing services, such as application and infrastructure penetration tests.

You will be responsible for actively identifying weaknesses and vulnerabilities in the security posture, replicating threats, and proposing controls and procedures. You will play a crucial role in the organization by conducting ethical hacks on Civica's applications and systems.

Requirements:

  • Carry out application, network, systems, and infrastructure penetration tests
  • Evaluate and select from a range of penetration testing tools
  • Stay up to date with the latest testing and ethical hacking methods
  • Execute web application scans using Acunetix and Burp Suite
  • Mentor junior team members and review penetration testing reports
  • Demonstrate team building capabilities and possess experience in managing teams
  • Report findings to various stakeholders using a risk-based methodology
  • Provide suggestions for security enhancements
  • Adhere to corporate processes, including Civica's ISO 27001 management systems
  • Support development teams in implementing and conducting penetration tests following the Civica Secure SDLC

Essential Competencies:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, able to actively participate in meetings and discussions

  • Self-learner
  • Consistent track record of delivering commitments on time and with quality

  • Hold certifications such as CEH/OSCP/CREST/GPEN or equivalents
