International Sales Associate II

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop customized sales plans for a group of multi-branded hotels in the USA. Expand client base for partner hotels by acquiring new accounts in the local market. Identify growth opportunities and address challenges to increase market share from existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with hotel management teams. Conduct regular strategy calls to review progress, address concerns, and plan future actions.
- Sales Pipeline and CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage sales pipelines effectively. Keep precise records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets. Utilize technology to streamline the sales process and enhance efficiency.
- Collaboration and Team Contribution: Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to team success. Assist in developing sales strategies and propose innovative ideas to enhance sales processes.
- Value Addition and Profitability: Enhance hotel profitability by adding value to each property. Explore opportunities to improve service offerings and value proposition for partner hotels.
- Conversion and Proactive Sourcing: Drive conversions through proactive client sourcing. Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from various channels to win new business for partner hotels. Conduct cold calls to introduce hotel services, nurture relationships, and generate leads.
