We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate Trading Services II to join our Investment Management team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Reviews incoming Third-Party Managers (TPMs) Model Adds/Changes including Instructions submitted through the Manager Gateway System, insuring there are no completeness flags that need to be addressed (i.e., Overridden or Rejected)
  • Collaborates with BNYMA Associates and Partner Providers and performs as one of the BNYMA business owners for the Manager Gateway System
  • Ability to perform at optimal levels, in a fast past, heavy volume environment.
  • Ability to work in autonomous business setting.
  • Gains understanding of compliance, control policies and trading standards.
  • Basic, transactional communication with internal partners, including internal trading desk, portfolio managers, TPM analysts, and other functional groups. Helps in providing Internal Trading Desk with pre- and post-executional Operational support.
  • Understands the nature of market sensitivity as any questions or concerns should be immediately escalated to a senior member of the Portfolio Management or Operations Team

The Manager Gateway Role will at times assist with


• Working with BNYMA Ops and PM's in Assisting the internal trading desks regarding questions/inquires on trade processing, drift review, quality assurance, data management/entry, exception processing, trade confirmations and ad-hoc maintenance.

Monitors client orders, order rejects and fields client inquiries and troubleshoots. Examines trades flagged by system and engages in exception processing and breaks with back office.
Engages with trading partners to confirm trades with counter parties and reconciles differences in receipts if they arise.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • MBA Finance or equivalent
  • 2-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and having high degree of problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in high pressure environment.
  • Comfortable working in evening shifts
