POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated Front Office professionals who are eager to advance their careers. As a guest relations associate, you will be tasked with delivering top-notch service to our guests, ensuring that their stay is nothing short of exceptional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to guests' questions and requests, ensuring their needs are met to their satisfaction
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, even those that are not explicitly stated
  • Address guests' requirements and inquiries promptly
  • Listen actively and resolve any guest complaints effectively
  • Manage arrivals and departures of special guests, including VIPs
  • Facilitate communication between guests and colleagues
  • Promote available amenities, programs, and conveniences
  • Ensure compliance with all standards and operational procedures
  • Review activities logbook and complete assigned tasks
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply
