Experience: Minimum 05 Years in Consultative Selling of Railway & Metro Workshop Equipment / Application Products.

Job Location: Mumbai - 1, New Delhi - 1, Kolkata - 1, Bangalore - 1, Extensive Travel all over India.

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Engineers specialised in consultative selling of Railway & Metro Workshop / Maintenance Depot Equipment / Application Products, to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives within the Indian Railways and Metro segments, leveraging their comprehensive knowledge and network in these sectors to expand the market share of our products and services.

Job Overview: With combination of technical knowledge and sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, the candidates will be the key point of contact for clients for driving the technical sales, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products from time to time.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and new contacts to be made.

Generate and Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.

Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

Coordinate with internal colleagues to accomplish the work required to close sales.

Develop and implement special sales activities to achieve higher sales.

Follow up on payment receivables from the customers.

Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.

Qualification Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience in technical sales, in the Railway & Metro industry.

Strong understanding of technical products and engineering concepts.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to develop and deliver presentations.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.

Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals.

Work Conditions:

Travel required to meet with clients or attend sales events.

Working hours may extend into evenings and weekends to meet sales targets or attend events.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to spend significant time standing or moving.

Must be able to carry marketing materials and sample products.

Skills:

1. Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the product or service being sold.

2. Ability to persuade, negotiate and close sales deals.

3. Identifying problems and proposing effective solutions tailored to the customer's needs.

4. Providing exemplary service to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
