Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled DGM Sales & Marketing (Investment Casting) to join our team. As the DGM Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies to promote our investment casting products and services. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the investment casting industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of techno-commercial sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Experience in marketing industrial products, particularly in the investment casting sector.
  • Excellent planning, execution, and leadership skills.
  • Recruitment and team management experience.
  • Experience in employee training and development.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in liaisoning with government bodies and industry associations is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for promoting investment casting products and services.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the industry and build strong relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to develop competitive strategies.
  • Stay updated with technical advancements and industry developments related to investment casting.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and services.
  • Manage key customer accounts and foster long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
