About the role:

We are in search of a dynamic Sales & Operations Analyst with 6-7 years of experience. As part of this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing our CRM system, optimizing sales & marketing procedures, and delivering insights that steer decision-making. Your contributions will directly influence our sales efficacy and triumph.

This position will have a crucial role in steering strategic decision-making through data-driven perspectives and operational reinforcement.

Ideal candidates should have a background in sales operations within an SaaS setting and possess robust analytical capabilities.

What You'll Do:

  • Delve into market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor evaluations to guide strategic decisions and product advancement endeavors.
  • Create dynamic dashboards and reports offering real-time insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and marketing impact.
  • Equip stakeholders with data-backed insights that empower them to navigate informed choices and propel business prosperity.
  • Work alongside marketing teams to scrutinize campaigns, segmentation, and lead generation efforts.
  • Showcase your presentation expertise to craft compelling reports that foster company-wide strategic alignment.

What You'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • 6-7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support at an SaaS enterprise.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or analogous CRM platforms, coupled with a profound grasp of data analysis and reporting functionalities.
  • Comfort and willingness to utilize and experiment with various tools integrated with/without CRM systems to streamline daily tasks.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and a fervor for converting data into actionable directives.
  • Effective communication and presentation aptitudes, with a knack for engaging storytelling and influencing stakeholders.
  • Robust teamwork skills, as this role necessitates seamless collaboration with Sales, Marketing & Leadership units.
