About Our Client
Our client is a leading IT services firm with operations across the globe.
Since their inception in 2006, they have been the pioneers in building and scaling large-scale enterprise applications for their clients via their outsourced IT services, with BFSI, Pharma, and Healthcare as a few of the industries they focus on.
Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for building and scaling the India sales.
This will be an IC role where the person should be managing from demand gen to closure, selling predominantly to the BFSI ecosystem.
Must be passionate and have proven achievements in ○ Banking Financial Services, Insurance enterprise/digital/product/fintech landscape with solution and services selling experiencePresent the client solutions/services to existing and prospective customers and drive efforts to expand and grow in a specific or all of the following geographiesProactively identify the size and prioritize all significant opportunities in the territory by assessing customer requirements, consulting with them on company offerings, and managing their needs and expectationsEffectively close sales with a widely diverse set of prospects, each with unique needs ranging from corporate to governmentThe Successful Applicant
10+ years of IT Services sales experienceMust have a good network at CXO level in banking, financial services, and insurance domains, Fintech/Health Tech Companies, Product companiesPossess a sound understanding of emerging technologies in the software development field and offshore-onsite model of workingShould be independent and able to function in a single-person ( limited ) team environmentThe ideal candidate would possess both a technical background that enables them to easily interact with customers, software developers, and business development managers and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challengesOpen to Mumbai as a location.
