Job Description - HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

- **Managing end to end employee life cycle for Sales team from Onboarding till separation.**:

  • Partnering with Sales leaders and managers to understand business requirements and articulate people priorities

Driving different engagement initiatives for Sales team from conceptualization to implementation
:

Connecting with employees on a regular basis to understand the pulse of the team
:

Driving adherence to HR Processes in the Sales team:

Resolving employee queries & grievances on a real-time basis:

Analyzing data to drive several initiatives like attrition management, engagement etc.

Requirements:

- **This is a 6 month HR internship, with the possibility of converting to full-time if the performance is good.**:

  • Should have good communication skills

Qualification:
