Job Title: Operations ManagementPractitioner Location: Chennai TN Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Full Time Work Type: Onsite Position Description:
  • Manage a portfolio of 5500 VDIuser community interfacing with vendor and business teams
  • Designing anddevelopment of Citrix Virtualization technologies (Citrix XenAppXenDesktop NetScaler etc.)
  • Creating and virtualizing different types of XenDesktop(pooled random dedicated etc.) as per the business requirement.
  • Prepare detailedtechnical documentation such as designs build procedures andtechnical support guidelines.
  • Advanced level troubleshooting for escalated andrecurring issues.
  • Plan and coordinate migrations and updating securitypatches
  • Ensure VDIenvironment is Information Security Policy (ISP) compliant tomitigate risk to our business.
  • Manage capacity and demand of Citrix infrastructure andprovide inputs to management
  • Provide consulting to prospective customers about theCitrix solutions
  • Manage VDI Client images
  • Perform technical researches and preparewhite paper
  • Gatherregion specific requirements and setup POCs.
Skills Required:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science related field or equivalent education
  • Citrix certifiedwith 4 years of experience in designing installing configuringmanaging and troubleshooting Citrix farms
  • expert in scripting and automation
Skills Preferred:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science related field or equivalent education
  • Citrix certifiedwith 4 years of experience in designing installing configuringmanaging and troubleshooting Citrix farms
  • Expert on multiple versions of Citrix andstrong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface/NetScaler
  • Strong understandingof Load Management Resource management
  • Detailed knowledge of network managementsoftware and techniques including Active Directory domain and grouppolicies and virtualization
  • Demonstrated understanding and implementation of userauthentication and authorization tools between multiple systemsservers and environments
  • Demonstrated understanding and implementation ofsecurity and data protection
  • Must have superior verbal/written communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Must have superior organizational skills to prioritizeand handle a variety of activities.
  • Must be a selfstarter willing to takeaccountability for projects problems and issues carrying through toresolution.
  • Musthave ability to interact with staff from multiple departments andteams from multiple global locations to establish high standards ofsupport.
  • Must beable to multitask and work concurrently on several projects eachwith specific requirements that may differ from project
Experience Required:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science related field or equivalent education
  • Citrix certifiedwith 4 years of experience in designing installing configuringmanaging and troubleshooting Citrix farms
  • Knowledge in PowerShell scripting
