  • Overseethe sales order process from receipt to fulfillment ensuringaccuracy timeliness and compliance with company policies andprocedures.
  • Work closely with the ChiefOperating Officer to align sales operations strategies with overallbusiness objectives and priorities. Provide regular updates onsales performance operational challenges and opportunities forimprovement.
  • Proactively engage with clients toensure satisfaction with products and services. Conduct regularcheckins to gather feedback address concerns and identifyopportunities for upselling or crossselling additionalproducts.
  • Maintain strong relationships withkey clients serving as their primary point of contact for allproductrelated inquiries and support needs.
  • Actas a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve anyproductrelated issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactorymanner.
  • Maintain accurate records of clientinteractions delivery schedules and performance metrics. Generateregular reports to track delivery performance and clientsatisfaction levels.
  • Maintain ongoingcommunication with clients postimplementation to address anyadditional support needs troubleshoot technical issues andfacilitate continuous improvementefforts.
  • Continuously evaluate and streamlinesales processes to enhance efficiency productivity and customersatisfaction. Implement best practices and automation tools toimprove workflow and eliminatebottlenecks.
Qualifications:
  • 6years of experience in operations management preferably in the ITproduct sales industry.
  • Excellent leadershipand communication skills with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholdersat all levels
