BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS with CORPORATE SALES Experience

FOLLOWING IS THE JD:
.

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential corporate clients.·Analyse market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.·Identify and target prospective corporate clients.·Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and expand market share.·Utilize networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.·Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.·Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.·Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction.·Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.·Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with business goals.·Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.·Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to close deals.·Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline and forecasts.·Work closely with marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.·Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance our offerings and services.·Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

·Attend relevant industry events, seminars, and conferences

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the corporate sector.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Preferred:

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, projects, furniture industry, architect firm experienceBenefits:
