Job Profile:

We are looking for a hardworking Business Development Manager for our Solar division (On-grid and Off-grid) having proven track record of continuous growth. The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Channel Sales and Business Development, particularly in solar products along with profound knowledge of market development of solar solutions.

Job Location: There are multiple openings for Gujarat, Rajasthan, Central Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Northeast India.

Candidates applying from Channel Sales and Business development background in solar products will be preferred.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly sales as per the Annual Operating Plan for Eastman Solar Products in the designated Area/zone.
  • Meet monthly Sales Targets and guarantee opportune assortment.
  • Distinguish and profit from new solar business doors.
  • Create and support associations with channel partners in the solar industry.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in sales and Business development of Solar Products.
  • Experienced in managing channel sales and developing distribution network.
  • Good Network with people in Solar Business.
  • Excellent in presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing
