Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in B2B Sales & business Development, preferably in hotel/ hospitality sector
Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
Expertise in identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
Agile and responsive, with the ability to develop solutions quickly and efficiently.
Passionate about innovation in kitchen technology and improving the customer journey.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows and Demo & deployment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree - in Hospitality / Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Candidates from IIHM will be preferred.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

Experience in the kitchenware or home appliances industry is a plus.
Excellent Communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
