Product Marketing Manager and Evangelist

Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative individual to join our team as a Product Marketing Manager and Evangelist.

This role is pivotal in driving the success of our digital marketplace product by developing compelling marketing strategies driving inbound traffic and sales, messaging, and content that resonate with our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of product marketing principles to drive sales, and the ability to evangelize our products to customers, partners, and the broader market.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Messaging and Positioning:


Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning for our products, highlighting their unique value proposition, key features, and benefits to target customers.


Go-to-Market Strategy:


Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.


Content Creation:


Create engaging and informative content to support product marketing initiatives, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and sales collateral.


Market Analysis:


Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation to inform product strategy and marketing efforts.


Customer Insights:


Gather customer feedback and insights through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to better understand customer pain points, use cases, and buying behaviors.


Sales Enablement:


Develop sales enablement materials such as product guides, training presentations, and sales playbooks to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.


Evangelism and Thought Leadership:


Serve as a passionate advocate and spokesperson for our products, representing the company at industry events, conferences, webinars, and customer meetings to evangelize our solutions and share thought leadership insights.


Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, generate sales, and support customer acquisition and retention goals.

Metrics and Analysis:


Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for success.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
6+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role in the technology industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the knack for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market plans for new products or features.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Experience with marketing-led sales
