We are on the hunt for a product and regional field marketing manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption and drive region-specific marketing plan.

If you are a data-driven, passionate experienced B2B marketer with demonstrable success in working with Connectivity and Cybersecurity portfolio, driving GTM strategies and can apply regional customer insights into marketing plans and deliverables, you are just who we are looking for.

ResponsibilitiesAwareness, Demand generation and sales funnel – Develop and implement strategies to drive awareness, demand, funnel and revenue. Jointly responsible with sales and performance marketing to drive revenue and funnel for the assigned business segments and products.

ABM campaigns using marketing automation platformDigital campaigns for core productsDriving demand-generation extensively through events, customer workshops and roadshows


Positioning, product launch and creative – Develop and own positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our portfolio and its products from competitors.

Content Development and campaigns – Conceptualize and craft content assets across channels – online, offline, website, social, direct and other channels with twin goals of enabling thought leadership and sales enablement.

Collaborating with partners -Work closely with the alliance team to define and create joint GTM with OEM partners to achieve the target revenue and the right utilization of partner budgetsCustomer and competitive analysis

– Work closely with the customer insights team and be the authority on the customer, the industry trends, and the other industry players. Keep a close track of market share and competition activity for assigned business solutions.
PR, Comms. & Social –


Working closely with Media & Communications, Social teams to drive brand amplification via external media and social media platforms to determine increased thought leadership around Connectivity & Cybersecurity in the marketField Marketing -Define and spearhead region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy.

Marketing Programs comprising of digital, social, email, webinars, events, workshops and other channels – that deliver on pre-defined awareness / consideration goals and revenue objectives.

RequirementsDemonstrated product marketing experience in driving growth for portfolio/product lines through Brand, Content and demand generationProven capability in driving marketing objectives through all the available channels (digital marketing, website, email, social media, GTM kits, thought leadership, analyst relations, events, digital connects, content)Proven track record in sales/field marketing including experience partnering with an enterprise sales team and driving region specific growthDemonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales and marketing and managing agencies.

Ability to synthesize complex inputs into a compelling narrative, and bring a passion for driving improvements to the customer experienceAbility to work in fast-paced and deadline focused environmentAble to work in ambiguity and lead the discussion to measurable outcomes

Experience requiredMBA (Marketing) with 4-8 years of product marketing experience.
Sales experience in telecom/B2B/SaaS companies would be great to have.
Good knowledge of marketing campaign platforms like Marketo/Eloqua/etc.
Good knowledge of Google AdWords, SEM, SEO
