Role Description :

  • Position Name: Head of Sales and Business Development
Work experience required : - 5 years

CTC:
Fixed up to Rs 7 lakhs P.

Job Location:
This is a full-time on-site role for Sales, located in Gurgaon (Sector 55).

Will be responsible to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Their primary role will to develop strategies, setting targets, and implement plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

The candidate will be responsible for partnering industry and academic relations, driving meaningful collaboration, and lead generation & conversion, Revenue Generation, identifying and executing partnership opportunities for revenue growth, events management, and campus outreach

Responsibility Includes:

  • Sales Strategy:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify new opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies.

Sales Performance Management:
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze sales data to forecast future sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
Implement effective sales processes and workflows to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

Presentation and Proposal:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits of collaboration with One Varsity to potential clients

Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Prior experience in higher education, university relations, and academic program management is preferred.
