Role/Job Title: Territory Manager - Cross Sell (SME Loans)
Function/Department: SME Loan
Job Purpose:
As a Territory Manager specializing in cross-selling SME Loans, your main goal is to attract new customers interested in LAP lending. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable financial solutions, and ensuring adherence to banking regulations. Moreover, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and partners is key to driving sales and fostering lasting connections.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying and contacting potential clients, such as businesses and organizations seeking commercial vehicles.
- Cultivating strong client relationships to grasp their needs, offer personalized solutions, and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Building expertise on the features, specifications, and advantages of the commercial vehicles available to effectively engage with customers.
- Conducting persuasive presentations to demonstrate the value of the vehicles and address client queries.
- Negotiating sales terms, including pricing, financing alternatives, and additional services, to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Providing continuous support to clients, assisting with deliveries, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer contentment to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM
Experience: 2 to 5 years of background in mortgage sales.
